Guarantee, warranty
A 14-day replacement guarantee is available to the customer if the proper use is prevented by the defect. The trader has the right to have the reported defect of the purchased product checked by a professional repairer and, in the event that the defect is due to improper use, the repair costs shall be borne by the customer.
The products are always accompanied by the invoice and warranty letter required by law and customary in trade. In case of product failure, please contact the indicated e-mail address and phone number for more information on what to do.
We are unable to keep up to date with the ever-changing European country-by-country regulations.
We do not provide warranty for carburetors, cartridges, boilers or accessories below 5EUR or 2000HUF. But, of course, we provide a DOA warranty for carburetors, cartridges, boilers, accessories. DOA = Arrived dead, i.e. does not work immediately.
Defective devices, cleaned (without liquid) in their own box, together with all accessories (chargers, spare mantle, etc.) and in packaging that provides protection during transport to avoid further damage, can only be received by courier service.
Please include an accurate description of the defect and an invoice/Warranty Certificate, as well as a phone number where we can notify you about the condition of the device.
Non-warranty reasons:
- Any defective or improper operation of the product.
- Disassembling, dropping, charging with another charger, improper storage, elemental damage, damage caused by violent external influences (breakage, lightning strike, power fluctuation, improper cartridge, use of nebulizer (e.g. extra low resistance) or use of battery charger (too high mAh), etc.
- In the case of switch batteries, there is no guarantee that the switch will break, if someone pushes hard, this can happen, and no mechanical damage is covered by the warranty
- If a product has defected due to liquid spilling on or into it, we cannot guarantee it. (Pay attention to this especially for automatic versions)
- In case of failure caused by corrosion, dirt, water or other liquids or sand.
- The warranty described above applies only to the given product, it does not cover other additional items caused by the product.
- The battery life is 300 charge cycles, its capacity weakens from the first cycle, therefore it is not considered a defect if it weakens slightly or does not work after 300 charges.
- The life expectancy of boilers, i.e. central parts, is 2-10 weeks.
- If you return the device disintegrated or in several pieces, it cannot be replaced under warranty!
- If the damage or defect is caused by improper packaging of the product, during return to the seller.
- Any other malfunction that occurred after purchase.
The defective device will be sent for testing, the duration of which can be up to 30 days. We cannot provide replacement products for the duration of the test!
Attention!
E-cigarettes are powered by a rechargeable Li-Po battery. Stick to the recommended charging time and don't leave the battery on overnight. Frequent overcharging (charging longer than prescribed) can shorten battery life. For battery charging, use only the included battery charger.
