Terms of delivery and payment
Shipping methods:
When displaying the cart, the site will offer possible delivery options according to the total amount of the ordered items. First you have to select this, in which case the system will always charge a packaging fee of 0.30 EUR . Next, you need to select the payment method, where the system will charge the current shipping cost. The limits for this are described in detail for the payment methods.
Fee-based restricted areas:
In case of ordering to paid industrial sites, shopping centers, parking garages, delivery is carried out up to the border of the object. Courier services do not deliver to areas with special entry policies and/or closed ones (e.g. airports, research institutes, military bases, factories, etc.).
Employees of courier services may not be obliged to queue at the receipt of goods, reception or customer service; shall not be required to produce personal documents.
In the event that the customer is unable to bear the cost of entering the toll area or to ensure free access, the courier service does not guarantee delivery to the area.
Please note that we are unable to deliver packages to certain EU member states due to local laws!
Cash on delivery:
1-37.5 euros basket value: 9 euros delivery fee
37.5-62.5 euros basket value: 6.5 euros delivery fee
62.5-87.5 euros basket value: 4.5 euros delivery fee
Over 87.5 euros basket value, delivery is free.
In all cases, it is done by courier service, the delivery time is 2-4 working days.
Please note that the delivery time starts from the notification already given to the courier and sent by
e-mail!
We will send you continuous e-mail notifications about the status of your order.
If your order has been compiled, we will also notify you of this, we are not able to modify the contents of
the package and the data provided, so your package will be delivered anyway.
The courier is expected to arrive on working days between 07:00 and 19:00. The courier operates on a
fixed route, so he cannot deliver at an exact time (e.g. 13:15), we are unable to forward such requests to
the courier service.
You can pay the amount of the cash on delivery payment in cash to the courier.
In the case of home delivery, the recipient, family members and representatives present at the address
can personally collect the shipment from the courier. Before delivery, the courier service will notify you
of the courier's arrival time by SMS and email. You can also change the delivery date and delivery
address in the email on the website.
The courier does not call before arrival, we cannot forward such requests! Please monitor the
notifications about the delivery date and contact the delivery company if you wish to make a change.
The courier will attempt to deliver the package twice, if both attempts fail, the shipment will be returned
to the sender.
In case of unsuccessful delivery, we will notify you by email about the unsuccessful delivery, and the
courier will then try to deliver the package again. The courier's contact details can be found in the email
notification of the arrival of the package, so that the recipient can agree on the delivery date if
necessary.
If the package is returned to the sender, the carrier is entitled to charge double the shipping fee for the
next order. In this case, only prepayment is possible.
Please note that we are unable to deliver packages to certain EU member states due to local
laws.!
For orders over EUR 87.50, shipping is free!
By prepayment:
1-37.5 euros basket value: 8,7 euros delivery fee
37.5-62.5 euros basket value: 6.2 euros delivery fee
62.5-87.5 euros basket value: 4.2 euros delivery fee
Over 87.5 euros basket value, delivery is free.
